Every decade, my mindset shifts. I grow and learn and become a better version of myself. I am in a constant state of learning and self improvement. I focus on being more mindful in the way I experience the world by slowing down. I modify my fitness routine as my hormones and body change with children and age. I identify and release past trauma to build healthy boundaries and identify triggers. I spend a lot of time analyzing mindset, female hormonal and body composition changes and habit formation in a quest to live a long, fun, loving, happy, mentally and physically healthy, abundant life. These posts are about tapping into your subconscious, trusting your internal knowing and breaking down blockers that are holding you back from living your most authentic life. Through my experiences, I aim to help bring to surface the voice you’ve been ignoring, to question your past reactions and beliefs and identify ways to get closer to the life you desire.
